I want to exchange or return my order
Too bad you're not satisfied, is there anything we can do to make you happy with your order? Please contact us! You can return your order within 100 days. Unfortunately we do not exchange articles. However, you can place a new order with the correct item and return the first order to us and request a refund.
If you want to return an order you can register it with the button below, you will also receive a return label, provided that your package is sent from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.
Can I also return the order in the store?
Unfortunately, you cannot return the items to the stores, but you can send them back to us. See the button above.
Can I also return Sale items?
Yes you can, provided you return within 14 days.
How long is the warranty on the bags?
We offer you a 1 year warranty on your purchases.
What is covered by warranty?
If there is a defect in material or a manufacturing defect, this is covered by the warranty. Unless the defect was caused by misuse. Please contact us to discuss the defect. To be eligible for warranty, you must present the original proof of purchase. If you bought a bag from another point of sale (eg physical stores), you must include the warranty with that point of sale.
Can my bag be repaired?
