Annoying that the data is not correct. You can change this information as long as you have not received a shipping confirmation by email. We recommend that you contact us directly by telephone so that we can stop the shipment of your package.

You can change this information as long as you have not received a shipping confirmation by email. We recommend that you contact us directly by telephone so that we can stop the shipment of your package. Once the package has been shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the details of the carrier (this can vary per country). In this email you will also find the track & trace information to track your order. If you are not at home and want to change your delivery address, you must contact the carrier, unfortunately we cannot adjust that for you. Pay attention! The carrier may not change your delivery address in all cases.

Do I receive all articles at once?
If you have ordered multiple items, our goal is to ship everything at once. Everything that can be ordered in the webshop is in stock.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. If your delivery address is in the Netherlands, you can expect your order the next day after your package has been shipped. Orders delivered in Belgium & Germany are delivered within 3 days. You can expect other countries within 5 working days.

I have not received an order confirmation, what now?
Check whether it has accidentally entered your spam folder. If not, please contact us.

Who do you ship with?
Packages are shipped with DPD, except to the Netherlands, where it is shipped with PostNL.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND WARRANTY

I want to exchange or return my order
Too bad you are not satisfied, can we do something to make you happy with your order? Get in touch with us! You can return your order within 30 days. Unfortunately we do not exchange items. However, you can place a new order with the correct item and return the first order to us with a request for a refund.
If you want to return an order please follow this link to register your return: https://new-rebels.shipping-portal.com/rp/ - you will also receive a return label, provided your package is shipped from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany to our address in the Netherlands.

Can I also return the order in the store?
Unfortunately you cannot return the items in the shops, but you can return them to us. Log in to 'My account' on the website, click on 'My orders'. Open the order and you will get a button with 'Return items'.

Can I also return Sale items?
Yes you can, provided you return within 14 days.

How long is the warranty on the bags?
We offer you a 1 year warranty on your purchases.

What is covered by warranty?
If there is a defect in material or a manufacturing defect, this is covered by the warranty. Unless the defect was caused by misuse. Please contact us to discuss the defect. To be eligible for warranty, you must present the original proof of purchase. If you bought a bag from another point of sale (eg physical stores), you must include the warranty with that point of sale.

Can my bag be repaired?
