It is my second such backpack. I really like it, it is very versatile, easy care and it lasts. The first one still looks like new. Small point against it is the lack of zipped pocket for a phone. I would be happy with an inside pocket or an outside one against the back. I would never put my phone in the outside pocket as it is suggested in the description. A minor style point is that the black deco looks harsh. It would be better with navy, gray, brown, purple. Basically almost any other dark colour. The Tim series got it right but there is not a lot of choice available there
